Roxanne has been coaching for 29 years. Her first job was in Massachusetts with the Greenfield YMCA, then for 10 years with Edinburg High School & Edinburg Swim Team. She has been with McAllen ISD for 19 years as an assistant coach, and then head coach for Nikki Rowe High School & Mc Allen High School and currently as the head coach for Memorial High School for the 16th year. She has been with McAllen Swim Club for 19 years, first as an assistant coach and now as the head coach. She has had numerous STAGS & TAGS individual champions, Sectional finalists, All American, District & Regional team championships. She was inducted into the RGV Sports Hall of Fame & received the NISCA Outstanding Service Award.
